Important Information & Deadlines
- Headshots and Bio - Please email your high quality JPEG or PNG and 200 word bio to [email protected] as soon as possible after confirming your participation so we can add your information to the agenda.
- Speaker Presentations - Due by October 2, 2023 - Please email your presentation to [email protected]
- Hotel Room Reminder - If you require overnight accommodations, please book your room online. You must book your room by September 22, 2023, to be eligible for the discounted rate. Please book your room early, as the rooms available at this rate are limited.
- Onsite - Please be sure to be in your session's room 30 minutes prior to presenting and check in with the conference producer and/or our AV staff.
